Ban of 13 Mera 7 Rahay!

This announcement is to inform everyone that the user named 13 Mera 7 Rhey has been banned permenently from HallGulla.com, due to rules violation and false justifications.

The forementioned user copied the frame of one of our HG Designers, and was reported to us. On contacting the user in this regard, he denied that he copied any part of the frame from the HG Designerâ€™s frame instead of accepting the truth. The formentiond user went on with his false justifications on this act of theft by claiming that the frame used by him was available in a CD from market that was purchased by his friend in 2007. When we asked for a proof by asking the forementioned user failed to supply us with any proof that the frame was his own creation or was used from a purchased CD, by claiming that he has already deleted the PSD file of the image in question. The user also tried to defame the HG Designer by claiming that the frame used was a predesigned frame made way back in 2007, and thus claiming that this frame was not the creation of that particular HG Designer.

To summerize, 13 Mera 7 Rhey has stolen part of an image, thus Image Theft. He then falsely tried to justified this act of theft, and then continued to lie in all the possible ways to escape from reality. He also defamed the original creator of the image. Since this is the second time the user has done this act, the administration has decided not to give him any more chances, so he is banned permenently.
